About the Author


A.M. Moseley is an award-winning and nationally bestselling poet who has published several collections of poetry under her full name, Annabelle Moseley. Walt Whitman Birthplace Writer-in-Residence, 2009-2010, Moseley is a college lecturer at the graduate and undergraduate level and taught high school for four years. A Pushcart Prize nominee, Moseley has appeared in The New York Times, Newsday and in Oprah.com’s O, The Oprah Magazine’s Selection of Original Poetry. She is the innovator of a new poetic form, the “mirror sonnet,” and is the winner of a 2008 Amy Award from Poets & Writers. A. M. Moseley lives with her husband on the North Shore of Long Island.
